Impactful Leadership for Effective Schools

ELS provides administrators, teachers, and teacher leaders with professional development on how to conduct effective, efficient, and targeted PLC's.   Using the DuFour model, professional development is crafted with attention to the PLC process, which promotes teacher collaboration and student success.
